Hello. hi, i was having trouble with DVD Shrink for nearly 6 mths, it was lagging and it took nearly 3 times longer to encode and burn, after much frustration of trying to figure out the problem, deleting this and that, checking dma modes,system restores, defrags,registry cleaners,i even re-installed windows,and still the problem was there, untill one day i thought to turn my anti virus off while useing shrink, and to my surprise,the problem was solved. It turned out when i updated my VET anti virus the new version conflicts somehow with shrink, so maybe this might be the problem.shellie
